Client

1. Services Provided

Services Provided Heritage Ranch NJ’s Tiny Traveling Troop

(“Provider”) agrees to provide agritainment services at the Client’s event. Services may include:

  1. A traveling miniature farm with animals such as miniature donkeys, miniature cows, pygmy goats, rabbits, chickens, and/or horses.

  2. Petting zoo services, where children and guests are allowed to safely interact and engage with various types of miniature farm animals and horses under staff supervision.

  3. Set up and safe containment of animals using portable fencing and equipment.

  4. Supervision of animals by experienced handlers for the duration of the event.

  5. Sanitation measures, including the setup of a designated hand-sanitation station (sanitizer) for use by guests after animal contact, in accordance with best practices and state/local health guidelines.

  6. Proper clean up, breakdown

  7. Removal and disposal of Tiny Traveling Troop animal waste.


2. Event Details

3. Payment Terms

  • A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure the event date.

  • Event dates are not reserved without deposit & signed agreement.

  • The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event date.

  • Accepted payment methods: Credit Card, Venmo, Zelle.


Failure to make the final payment may result in cancellation of services.

4. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  1. Provide a safe, accessible, and level location for setup (minimum 20 ft. x 20 ft. for small parties or a minimum of 30 ft. x 30 ft. for large parties).

  2. Ensure adequate shade, shelter, and access to water for animals when outdoors.

  3. Provide on-site parking for the Provider’s vehicle and trailer within a reasonable distance from the set-up area.

  4. Supervise children and guests; Provider is not responsible for child supervision.

  5. Prevent guests from feeding animals outside of Provider-approved guidelines.

  6. Sanitation

    1. Provider will supply sanitizer for guests after animal contact at private events.

    2. For larger public events (e.g., school functions, fairs, festivals), the Client is responsible for ensuring access to running water and/or electricity to accommodate a proper hand-washing station, if required by state or local health regulations.

    3. The client agrees to encourage guests to use the provided sanitation

5. Provider Responsibilities

Provider will:

  1. Supply healthy, well-cared-for animals and equipment.

  2. Maintain supervision and handling of all animals at all times.

  3. Carry appropriate liability insurance coverage for agritainment services.

  4. Adhere to all state and federal animal care requirements.

6. Safety & Liability

Animals are living creatures and may act unpredictably. While every precaution is taken, Provider cannot guarantee the prevention of accidents or injuries.

  • The client assumes responsibility for the safety of their guests and agrees to follow all instructions given by the Provider’s staff.

  • Provider is not responsible for damages to lawns, grounds, clothing, or personal property.

  • Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Provider, its owners, staff, and affiliates against any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the event.

7. Cancellations

  • If cancelled by the cliet +30 days prior to event: Deposit may be transferred to a new date within 3 months (subject to availability).

  • If cancelled by the cliet 1 - 30 days prior to event: No refunds issued (deposit remains non-refundable). If event is paid in full, 50% of total event fee will be refunded.

8. Weather Policy

The Provider reserves the right to cancel due to unsafe conditions, including:

  • Extreme heat or cold

  • Heavy rain, lightning, or high winds

  • Unsafe ground conditions

  • Any condition that may compromise animal or guest safety


If canceled by Heritage Ranch:

  • Client may reschedule to a mutually agreed rain date within 3 months.

  • If rescheduling is not possible, payments made (including the deposit) will be refunded.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Provider and Client. Any modifications must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
